The ultra-rare (200 copies) Killed by Dentistry featured many tracks that appeared on previous Killed By Death collections. It came in a blood-spattered sleeve and is rumored to have been put out by an actual dentist.

Before you left, you taught me lots of things like how to eat beans on toast, and when you write a song the verse and the chorus can be the same fucking notes. Yeah yeah.
